The CY-Y series oil pump motor unit is a mechatronic component of the CY14-1B series high pressure axial piston pump and Y series asynchronous motor. Compared with the traditional oil pump-coupling-motor transmission, it saves the coupling and the pump bracket, and the mounting base plate can be reduced by 1/2 or more, and the total axial length can be reduced by 1/3-1/4. Working principle

The CY-Y series oil pump motor unit is a mechatronic component composed of CY14-1B series axial piston pump and Y series asynchronous motor. It consists of a variety of CY-Y type oil pump motor unit units according to the specifications of CY14-1B oil pump and Y series motor. Compared with the traditional oil pump-motor transmission, the coupling and the oil pump support are omitted, and the bottom plate is installed. It can be reduced by more than 1/2, and the total axial length can be reduced by 1/3-1/4. It has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, low vibration, low noise and convenient use. It is widely used in the hydraulic equipment of the asynchronous motor driven oil pump for machine tools, forging, mining, metallurgy, shipbuilding and injection molding machines.

The CY-Y series oil pump motor unit has the same working parameters and variable forms as the CY14-1B series oil pump. It can be combined with different power motors to form the oil pump motor unit of the corresponding specification type according to the user's needs.
