The D-A10VSO series hydraulic pump is a compact, high-power density hydraulic component. The design concept adopts parallel arrangement of axial piston sliding shoe components and changes the working stroke of the plunger through a swash plate to achieve hydraulic pump variables. For optimal efficiency and lifespan, we recommend selecting the working viscosity of the oil (at operating temperature) within the following range:

 Precautions when selecting working fluids

  In order to select the correct hydraulic oil, it is necessary to know the relationship between the working temperature of the oil in the mailbox (open circuit) and the temperature of the environment.
It is necessary to select hydraulic fluid to ensure that the working viscosity of the oil is within the optimal range (Vopt) within the working temperature range (shaded part of the component selection diagram). It is recommended to choose the highest possible viscosity grade in every situation.
Example: At an ambient temperature of X ℃, the working oil temperature is 60 ℃.
Corresponding to VG46 or VG68 within the optimal working viscosity range (Vopt; shaded area). VG68 should be selected.
Attention: The temperature of the leaked oil (shell leakage oil) is influenced by the pressure and speed of the pump and always higher than the oil temperature. However, the maximum temperature anywhere in the system must not exceed 90 ℃.
Oil filtration
The finer the oil filter, the better the cleanliness of the working liquid, and the longer the service life of the axial piston pump.
In order to ensure the normal function of the axial piston element, the cleanliness of the oil should be at least
NAS1638, Class 9
18/15 of ISO/DIS 4406
Mechanical displacement limiter
The mechanical displacement limiter can only be adjusted from 50% ←→ 100% of the maximum displacement by using the 12/62NOO series plunger pump without a connecting shaft

Shell oil discharge pressure

  Maximum allowable pressure for leaking oil (L, L1 ports): The maximum inlet pressure can be 0.05Mpa higher than that of S port, but it must not exceed 0.2Mpa absolute pressure.
Flow direction: S to B
1) The above information is valid when the inlet pressure at port S is an absolute pressure of 0.1Mpa. If the displacement decreases or the inlet pressure increases, the rotational speed can increase.
