Model Description

Structural sectional view

The main body (see structural section) is driven by the transmission shaft to rotate the cylinder body, causing seven evenly distributed plungers on the cylinder body to rotate around the centerline of the transmission shaft. The sliding shoes in the column sliding component are pressed onto the variable head (or swash plate) through the central spring. In this way, the plunger moves back and forth with the rotation of the cylinder body, completing the oil suction and pressure actions.
The manual variable pump changes the flow rate by rotating the adjusting handwheel and adjusting the screw with external force, driving the variable piston to move along the axial direction. At the same time, it drives the variable head to rotate around the center, changing the tilt angle, and achieving the variable purpose. When the required flow rate is reached, the locking nut can be tightened.

The inclined plate in the quantitative mechanism is always fixed on the quantitative end cover and cannot change the stroke of the plunger, so its flow rate is fixed. This pump can also be used as an oil motor by simply replacing the oil distribution plate.
