The vane pump has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, uniform flow, stable operation, low noise, etc., but also has complicated structure, harsh oil absorption conditions, low rated pressure, difficulty in achieving variables, limited working operation, and oil The disadvantages of pollution are sensitive.
The plunger pump has the advantages of compact structure, high pressure, high efficiency, adjustable flow pressure and long service life. It has been obtained in various fields such as engineering machinery, forging machinery, transportation machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, ship machinery, aerospace and so on. More and more widely used.
Axial piston pump
An axial piston pump operates with a volume change produced by the reciprocating motion of a plunger parallel to the drive shaft within the plunger bore. Since the plunger and the plunger hole are both round parts, high precision fit can be achieved during processing, so that the volumetric efficiency is high, the operation is stable, the flow uniformity is good, the noise is low, the working pressure is high, etc., but the hydraulic oil is The pollution is more sensitive, the structure is more complicated, and the cost is higher.
